no lowest i will go is 1200, its a 58plate mate
iv maxed out on a flat road 53mph but mind you im about 15stone and the bike still can have race pipes and a bor kit on it 
its not even two years old mate is cost me two grand, 1200 is the lowest i can go

sorry for the late reply the frame is brand new and there isnt any marks on the dropouts.
